Frontier Airlines warns of email scam
The carrier advises travelers to verify flight details via its app rather than links in suspicious messages.

Frontier Airlines is investigating an active phishing campaign that targets travelers with fake emails requesting flight, reservation, payment, or contact information. The company issued a warning on its website to help customers identify fraudulent messages.
The airline stated it will never ask customers to revalidate an upcoming flight or re-enter credit card details. It also said it does not request payment information to process refunds or ask users to click links to confirm billing data.
Passengers who receive a suspicious message should avoid clicking any links or buttons within the email. The company advises against entering or re-entering credit card, login, or personal information in response to these messages. Travelers should also refrain from replying directly to the sender or using the contact information listed in the email.
To review a reservation, customers should access the Frontier website or mobile app directly. The airline recommended navigating to the platform through trusted sources rather than following links provided in the phishing emails.
Those who may have shared financial data through a suspicious email should contact their credit card provider or financial institution. Frontier Airlines provided the phone number 801-401-9000 for travelers with questions or concerns about the ongoing scam.
